If you love someone or something so much that you dont care what the people say then you feel me on this one. Its funny how life has its conventional way of seeing relationships, marriages, careers, and the paths that you should “follow” in life as a woman. Grow up, meet a man, get married and have kids. So nothing in between? what about all that comes in between that seems to get swept under the rug? Well this is for all of us who dont care what the people say and follow our own paths in life 🙂 *Cheers, with my glass of Muscadine wine I found at my moms house recently *;-)
This post is simply refreshing…I have been struggling with something I was told I “should be doing” throughout my career (so far)…It’s a struggle because, I will make up my mind to do it, will spend $$$ on study materials and set aside time to study only to get there and think (the entire) why am I here? I struggle knowing the difference between me just being lazy and TRULY knowing and believing I’m just doing this to validate myself to other professionals in my field…I’d much rather be doing something I enjoy…something, that even if it took me countless hours,minutes seconds to do, I’d do it…I just want the “prove myself to others” phase of my life to end…

Wow, this is truly amazing how people can be in different places with the same feelings. Im so happy that it has inspired you. To truly understand where your happiness lies you must know and love yourself. And it already sounds like your starting to get there. Just by you identifying the fact that you wouldn’t be doing something you love means that you are aware that it isn’t what you truly desire to do in or with your life. Don’t spend precious time in life doing things you DONT want to do or aren’t truly into for yourself. Life is way too short and we must live with no regrets. Grant it there will be sacrifices to be made but let the first one be for YOU and no one else!
