You’ve been gladiated

Ok! Sooooooo… Since everyone is asking 🙂 lol. Everyone is like huhhhh?!!! you did whaaaaat about these sandals?! I got them at a thrift/consignment shop in Williamsburg called beacons closet and they didn’t fit me so I cut all the straps off including the buckles and went to a shoe cobbler to ask what kind of glue they used to hold shoes together and went and bought it. I then measured them around my legs and used a permanent marker to mark the insides where I wanted them to be. I then took them off and laid them out on the floor and folded the cut leather pieces back to where I made the marks. I used paper clips to hold them down overnight to allow them to completely dry. The next day I woke up and checked em, tugged on them a little and they were secure n ready to wear! I was soooooo excited!!!!! I really wanted to do more shoes like this because I couldn’t believe the glue held up so well and it worked!!!!! I was so excited!!!! And I’ve been wearing them like every other day, im so in love. 🙂
