I’ve never done a piece on men’s fashion but who better to start with than international recording artist Unique Zayas. I remember meeting Unique and thinking *his white bomber jacket is TDF (To Die For)*. He wore it with a plaid button up layered with a black v-neck, and some black jeans. It was everything. And then OMG for his fur in the pic above. *dead*
Ok, I’ll dish about his fashion a little later (I’ll stay on track for now lol). I had the esteemed pleasure of being a part of his “Unique Movement In Action” UMIA A knight for a cause. An event for breast cancer awareness. Inspired by his favorite and beautiful aunt “Titi Lisa” who was battling with breast cancer when he started this movement. Unique brought several NY based artists together for one special night for one very special cause, including Chef Roble, Adrienne Bailon, Coco & Breezy, Iman Cosmetics, (Brandy even sent a video shout out) and a slew more of talented individuals. There were artists painting throughout the night and as Unique performed . He sang covers of a few songs that inspired him in his own way, bringing a very special and *I know* “Unique” way to each cover but it was everything. The entire night was nothing short of inspiring and amazing.
