Work Out Much?

So I’ve been trying to find the motivation to work out more so I hauled some new athletic wear to inspire me. Did you know that we’re supposed to get at least 2.5 hours of work out in per week. That’s a half hour a day for 5 days out of the week. Sounds really easy right? Yeah we gotta figure something out to stick to that. I’m sure we can squeeze 30 mins in a day to do something fitness related right? I think I’m going to start a fitness challenge 😀 What do you think?

    New fitness gear is a great motivator and I liked the first one with the straps in the back. Hmm what are you thinking in terms of the challenge?

      Yeah that one is my favorite too. Not really sure about the challenge though. Routines are so hard to keep. I do a variety of things but no set routine so I’m not too sure about a challenge. I may revisit it next year closer to when spring is approaching, which is a better motivator :-).
