“So leeeeet’s chiiiiillll, baby lets settle down, that’s what I want to do”. I love that song sooooo much! This song is sooooo sweet, you HAVE to listen to it!. What do you know about Guy?….. “You can have a piece of my love, waiting for you, girl its true, I do love youuuuu!” Ughhhh!!!!! This one is sweet too!!!!!. Why aren’t guys like this anymore?! *2 tear drops*. Is it because everyone is giving everything away so easily, so the man has no passion TO give? He doesn’t have the passion to feel this way, as the words in the song? Is it because he’s practically gotten everything already?. S…M…H. We need to remember self worth as women. Because it seems like social media has made people forget that, the constant need for attention has caused women to forget that, the constant need for being “liked”. I could see if the likes were for a profitable gain. Like monetary gain, but the majority chase after the fame with no fortune behind it.
I can go on and on and on. But I’ll get back to the music, lol. Music is LIFE. And this group especially, Guy. Timeless. Love them. Look them up and fall in love like I did ;-). My mom used to play their music in the house when I was little ALL the time. I knew all the words!. Bell Biv De Voe, Sade, Babyface, Whitney, Bob Marley, Mom played it all :-).
But what better brand to be in that’s synonymous with music than Adidas? The unofficial athletic brand of hip hop. Maybe not R&B specifically but this logo was everything during the times of these songs mentioned above. And the old logo is what I’m referring to specifically. It’s called the “Trefoil” logo. I feel like Adidas should focus on producing more apparel featuring this logo. It means a lot to people and in my opinion is the more street style associated look. So it will def sell. *hey Adidas, hope you’re listening 😉 *
