These plates are so beautiful, the thickness and overall quality is really nice. The utensils as well. I was really hesitant at first about the gold utensils only because you couldn’t tell the quality, thickness, or weight of the utensils. They’re heavy and of great quality. These could easily run a lot more anywhere else. But Walmart had them for a really good price.
They came separately, but I loved the idea of them together. They could almost be a set. I knew once I saw the gold trim on the plates, that complementing utensils would be the only way to go from there. And I was very pleased with that decision. Genuinely looks so nice in together.
I honestly can’t say enough about how much I love these beautiful utensils. Mainly because, I’m always advising clients to try gold hardware in their homes, gold accents in their spaces. And for some reason, people are always hesitant or afraid to experiment with gold. But for me, silver or the platinum look can sometimes be a bit boring.

The other bottom line? Walmart is coming for necks slightly in the home decor category, with more and more nice items to choose from. Their price point alone is a reason to give them a try when looking for home decor items. You’ll be delighted with the treasures you’ll find!
